Refund policy

Exchange:-

We do not offer free exchanges/ returns therefore customer is responsible for postage costs regarding exchanges/returns, total of which is 100 Rs.  

Exchanges( subject to availability) will be given up to 2 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition, unworn.

Tags must be included and unbroken.

All items are inspected thoroughly before a return/exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you.

Reverse pick up will take 2-4 days. Exchanged product will get delivered in 4 -12 days.

RETURNS:

At Sassy Kids, we strive to provide our customers with high quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

You have 2 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Please note we do not offer exchange or return on SALE items.

1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer returns or exchanges on accessories and sale items.

2. Please note refund will be made only when the product is received back. This may take a minimum of 7 to 10 days.

3. We will not accept any returns post the 2 days window provided to the customer. Its a strict policy. Please do not embarrass us by asking us to extend the window. 

4. Return is accepted on clothing only. We strictly have a No Refund policy on Accessories. We do not offer exchanges or returns on swimsuits as its an intimate product.

5. Incase of COD or Online payment, the customer can either provide their bank account number or IFSC code / UPI id on our email or whatsapp number. The amount will be transferred once the product is received by our team.
